Establishing yourself
in the UAE
is a sequence of
decisions.
We take them
in the right order.
InvestBridge is a boutique advisory practice in Dubai. Company formation, property, banking and residency, legal structure and long-term wealth, with one advisor across all of it.

Scroll01Approach
One practice,
not five.
Moving a company, a family or a portfolio into the UAE usually means assembling a cast: a formation agent, a broker, a mortgage advisor, a lawyer, a relationship manager at a bank. Each holds one piece of the file. None of them holds the sequence.
InvestBridge is built the other way round. The structuring question, the licence, the visa, the account, the title deed and the will behind them are one continuous piece of work, and are treated that way.
02Practice
The work, in the
order it happens.
Eight services, five stages. Most clients start at the first and stay through the last, though single pieces of work are just as common.
-
01
Establish
Choosing the jurisdiction and the structure before anything is filed, then incorporating it and keeping the corporate side in order afterwards.
-
02
Reside
Residency for you and your family, plus the personal and corporate banking that turns a licence into a working base.
-
03
Acquire
Property, whether as a home, as yield or as a route to residency, including mortgage arrangement and the diligence that comes before it.
-
04
Secure
Wills, succession and the instruments that decide what happens to assets held here.
-
05
Extend
Investment beyond the UAE, structured from here, so the base you have built works across borders.
03Founder
Prateek Rustagi
A Company Secretary and a law graduate, practising from Dubai.
That training in corporate governance and law sits behind the practical work: establishing companies, buying property, arranging residency, and keeping the structure sound once it exists.
The practice is deliberately small. Prateek leads it directly, and is reachable on both the UAE and the India line.

One practice.
The quickest route is the phone. Write if that is easier. Everything reaches the same person.
